I will say that this movie made my jaw drop a couple times. So in that aspect, I did enjoy it. There were a few moments towards the end that didn't make me feel satisfied. I just hope Sydney Sweeney's agent know that she needs to be in higher quality movies.
This movie was simultaneously so fresh but also a trope I've seen so many times. CODA told a story of how hardship and challenges can create a bond stronger than most families. Not gonna lie, cried a lot more than I thought I would.
Miss Eliza Scanlen, your range is impeccable. To be completely honest, this is the first movie I've watched in months. The subtlety of films like these constantly remind me why I like watching films in the first place.
