It was more of a thriller than a horror movie to me. However the story was in depth and you have to pay attention to the minute details while watching. I loved how they incorporated a brand new level of fear factor ie not related to spirits / demons etc. Definitely a love story
I haven’t felt this way about a Ridley Scott movie since Gladiator. No- one does brutal, bloody, grimey, historical action sequences like Ridley Scott. It's a shame that the marketing for this film was so poor. It deserved so much more.
