It's pretty dry. Unable to main any kind of narrative momentum. It doesn't do anything terribly offensive it's just kind of a slog. May I recommend watching Almost Famous instead
The First two acts are so good and the third act is pretty bad. whoever decided this needed a cgi battle is lame. and why does it need a downer ending. give everyone a happy ending you cowards. Time Travel is Fun!!!!! Feel like the third act should've just been Steve and Tony stuck in the 70s trying to figure out how to get back. Give Steve time to ponder his ultimate choice instead of lazily slapping it on at the end.
I feel like this movie was kinda mismarketed. Going in I was under the impression that Margot Robbie was a co-lead. Well that's certainly not true. So that was kinda jarring for me.

Starters, Nicholas Britell where have you been? not a name I recognized prior to this movie but his work here is brilliant. Probably best score of the year. He previously collaborated with Jenkins on Moonlight. That score was probably good I imagine but obviously didn't stick with me. He also did the two new age Adam McKay movies.
