Ethan M’s review published on Letterboxd:
I liked this one. It wasn't a groundbreaking murder mystery by any means, but it didn't have to be. The film had a wholesome message and it knew what it was trying to say without pulling deus ex machina bullshit or doing the stupid murder mystery trope of "hey I'm the writer and I knowingly withheld information from the viewer to get my plot twist across! Aren't I so smart?" This is a straightforward murder mystery with a great cast and vibe. The lead actess in particular was wonderful, and I can't wait to see her in more stuff.
