DAY TWENTY-ONE OF 31 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN
A brutal, tense, and frustrating horror. I watched The Mist already knowing of it's controversial ending. I actually really liked this, or at least more than I anticipated. The creatures and their interaction with the humans was horrifying and brutal and the tension between the humans was just as upsetting. While the film had some logic missteps, occational odd dialog, and sometimes the monsters looked hokey, I generally enjoyed this picture.
