Visually stunning, incredibly interesting and cool robots & technology.

It’s a shame that the plot just felt so rushed. I was feeling like I was being dragged through the story so quick, I didn’t get much of a chance to get too emotionally invested. Saying that, the performances at the end redeemed it a fair amount!

So nice to see a lower budget sci-fi epic (shot on an FX3?!?), can’t wait for all the doors this film will no doubt open for future projects.

Doesn’t quite top Rogue One for me, sorry Gareth!

Villenueve's Dune creates a bold futuristic world filled with politics, interesting technology and incredible landscapes.

I felt genuinely in awe as I was being shown this intricate new world that we're about to embark on within the Dune films. I loved all the small details. Such as the water filtration suits & floating lamps (strange but they made sense!).

The cinematography was incredible, large wideshot landscapes made everything else feel small and empty. Then…
