Evan Davies’s review published on Letterboxd:
Anderson’s done it again! Wes Anderson’s latest (until The French Dispatch is released) is a touching revolution story, fighting for the lives of mans best friend.
Ever since Fantastic Mr Fox I’ve always thought that Wes should keep making animated films, his style works so perfectly within this form!
It didn’t disappoint in any regard, the style, the colour, the deadpan humour & all the small pieces of detail which make his stories were all there.
One scene that caught my eye in particular was a Japanese chef preparing food. That was so goddamn satisfying, I could watch it all day!
