    There is lots in here that I like but it is just...too....LONG. I'd actually be interested to see the cut down version that was released to the west as there is definitely a better film in here somewhere.

    Considering where it sits in the Toho canon and the amount of big names involved, I should not be watching a poor quality internet archive video. Get this remastered!

    Good fun and a nice light watch.

    I think I may have been hoping for too much as I was slightly lukewarm for most of it. Felt like the whole mockumentary framing was kind of forgotten about and I'm not sure they really needed it.

    The cast is uniformly great though and everyone gets a laugh at some point. Those kids are unreal!

    I was won over by the end (I didn't even recognise Noah Galvin - what a star!) and was reminiscing on my own theatre kid memories. The laughs, the loves and some of the shows that my family suffered through. Can't beat it.
