“You know why this is my favorite tree? ‘Cause its tipped over and still growing.”
This is a movie disguised as an experiencial showcase that really highlights the struggles of growing up underprivileged. While it tends to drag in the middle, it never fails at feeling authentic and genuine, which I can appreciate. It’s interesting to say the least—even if that’s also coincidentally the most I can possibly articulate my thoughts.
