Ryan Gosling has the coolest jackets in all of cinema. I'm convinced every film contract he signs makes it mandatory for him to have a badass jacket.
I appreciated Drive a little more on a rewatch. Still think the film loses some traction after the motel ambush. As well, the story does take a backseat to the exemplary filmmaking on display. The cinematography remains gorgeous as ever.
