Sort of a shame I already knew a lot about this film's story due to how iconic it is. I can imagine that for a 1968 audience, or anyone going in completely blind for that matter, it would be pretty horrifying to watch the events here unfold.

That being said, amazing performances, cinematography (especially the framing, holy hell), soundtrack, editing, and even though I knew where it was going for the most part, I still think this is an amazingly written, original story.
