Finally getting around to this after I missed it in cinemas even though I was interested from the start. It felt like it was never going to happen.
I love a "shit pops the fuck off in a house" type set-up as much as the next person but the cast really helped this stand out. Especially since it didn't pop off quite as much as I had hoped in general. Samara Weaving, Nicky Guadagni, and Andie MacDowell were all great in their roles. Also it was a nice change to see Adam Brody playing very slightly less of a rat than he usually does.. The versatility!!!
Not sure there's much else to really say about this. It's solid and a fun time which is enough for me.
Will be perched until the next entertaining film with assorted messiness unfolding in a crowded house. Hopefully it comes soon.
