idec that this felt an hour longer than it is & had some pacing issues, it has so.much personality, filled with striking bold imagery & beautiful and daring character beats/moments/arcs. mark hamill KILLS it. the reds are glorious. the fight in snoke's lair is downright sexy. rey in a line of almost-synced selves was so eerie in how it made you feel what she is feeling in that moment & it's so refreshingly offbeat for the series. also refreshingly offbeat? everything with rey/kylo and their struggles & sharing that across space. this movie is just full of details that pop and enhance everything. really dug it
