Nell Shipman is a tour de force I'll be diving into the next couple weeks.
SHE wrote, starred and directed this movie.
She also made sure real animals were starring in this and were treated in the correct matter.
She also also made sure to film on location in northern Idaho.

I didn’t hate this like the majority of the people I know did. I feel it’s appropriate that it has the cheesiness of an afternoon PSA special being that it’s set in a time where D.A.R.E. was at its height.
Cliché? Yes.
Long? Sure.
Fun? Hell yeah.
If this was a few years back, I’d probably berate this movie til the cows came home.
Now I’m grateful to be able to see ANY movie in the glorious space that is the movie theater.
