I’m never going to get over how much the Beautiful Girl scene fucking sucks. This would be one of the most perfect films ever made if that three minutes wasn’t absolute death.
I really tried to focus on Donald O’Connor and Jean Hagen this time, and it really drove home how incredibly funny those two performances are.
