I find it so ironic that "Carrie", a film about treating everyone with respect, is getting bullied and criticized by critics. Besides the fact that it's ironic, it's also very depressing for many reasons. Most importantly, though, it's because it's a remake. Yes, I know everyone hates the word remake, but today, I'm going to defend them, especially this one, so if you're one of those people who can't stand them, I suggest leaving now before it's too late. For the rest of you, hang on, it's gonna be a bumpy ride.
