If this doesn't give you goosebumps do you have a pulse?
Lee Van Cleef was 40 years old when he made For a Few Dollars More, but he acts like he is a ghost doomed to wander through west for some 100 years.

These movies get progressively better as Clint is surrounded by cooler, and cooler guys, in this case Colonel Mortimer, Indio, and Klaus Kinski as a hunchback.
This film has a lot of hat cruelty in it. Why do hats always have to be the victims?!
As punctually precise as a well-crafted stopwatch, Sergio Leone's For a Few Dollars More breathes even more life into the western genre than its predecessor did. This film carries all of the action absurdities to a level of extraordinary believability, sophisticatedly juggling suspenseful and sensitive subject matter with moments of charming, comedic relief. For a viewer who finds many depictions of sexual abuse to be unnecessarily gratuitous, Leone demonstrates how his take on the subject is structurally pivotal to the plot, weaving the threads together with an impactful twist. From hats in the air to apples on the ground, he proves better than any filmmaker that extravagance has always had its place in the action element of film.
The physicality…
It’s as if Sergio Leoni and Clint Eastwood made two great westerns, and then cracked the code to make one of the greatest film ever after
