I have this class this semmester where I'm learning how to create an image with a sound and vice versa, in the same way that is teaching me how to coordinate and correlate these two. Image and Sound. No narrative, no dialogue, just Sound and Image.
I spent today's afternoon ignoring the fact that I had an essay to hand in about exactly what this movie represents. I think it actually helped as an inspiration.
How seeing clouds make us feel a certain sound and Philip Glass took it in the perfect way. How going through a forest deliver us a sense of adventure and some kind of peace that, again, Glass couldnt have put it better.
Is it a documentary? A documentary about an outsider and how it sees us and our evolution? Is it a poem? A poem about our evolution?
