"At the time of death, if one has a strong desire, which is unfulfilled, then the soul of such a being cannot find redemption."
I found Naina to be better than The Eye which seemed to be the inspiration. A young girl loses her eyesight and when she is older, regains it through eye surgery and donated eyes. Soon after, our main character, Naina, starts seeing some odd and scary things. Ghosts, spirits, visions of impending death...is Naina going crazy? Turns out the story itself is much bigger than the viewer imagined. I appreciated Naina for its plot, its story, showing its audience what happens when misunderstanding, miscommunication and overall prejudice occurs. It starts a little slow and sometimes you might wonder why Naina is running with her arms out, but overall it's a good movie. A few gory/bloody scenes, but more suspenseful...a good psych horror.
