The Brown Bunny is the story of Bud (Vincent Gallo), a racer in search of connection and empathy from women he meets as he travels across the country.
Vincent Gallo’s controversial 2003 film splits my mind in two: one side tells me that Gallo has potential to be a good or great indie, arthouse director because of some specific stylistic choices made in this movie, and the other half reminds me of everything disgraceful and negative about the man behind the project despite the artistic merit.
