The workforce is heartless and 'The Company Men' illustrates it beautifully.
Throughout the film, the different types of working class is shown, the white and blue collars of the workforce. From that, one can experience a different perspective of what is it like working in different environments and how cruel and unfair the work industry is.
Besides that, the film also explore the theme of adapting. Adapting not only to the loss of something, but also the beginning of something. Therefore, the change and transformation for most of the cast is engaging and closely relatable for it holds true in many instances.
Dialogues were pretty weak though as most of the conversations were not that captivating but still holds up…
