Just rewatched with grandma.
So real and sad and funny. The sadness and funniness honestly really amplify eachother.
The cinematography is just so beautiful. So is the colorization.
This film is beautiful and trashy and I love it. Like I said before it just really reminds me of remnants of my childhood. While Tucson might not be as bad as Florida, it definitely can still be VERY trashy.
The film almost feels nostalgic for me.
Plus chaos can really unfold in many ways in this film.
And the sadness REALLY gets to me, I almost cried. The ending also really grew on me.
This film is just so beautiful and so real and so nostalgic, I just can’t help but love it.
Plus Willem Dafoe is so foecking hot oh my god
