this movie fucking gets it.
it is very rare for me to find any kind of media at all that reflects my life in a literal, situational kind of way. sure, a lot of films get the universal emotions, and the big feelings, and all that inner conflict right, but i don't see much about modern, contemporary europe, with its bureaucratic, messy programmes and its often ridiculous, but ultimately sweet mixing-up of anything and everything... if you've lived it, you'll get it. maybe i haven't been looking in the right places... but i'm so glad i did now, finally. i've been meaning to watch this for ages and now i finally have.
