It did not know when it was going to end and its ending was a bit of a copout. But thankfully, it still thrives thanks to its exemplary acting from the cast. Willem Dafoe is great as always while Bria Vinaite will likely remain the unsung hero as the main character's flustered and irresponsible yet loving mother.
