Baz’s review published on Letterboxd:
This is one of those films that, when you're having a bad time, you release that Llewyn Davis is having it harder. A wonderful cast that encapsulate the heart of the story through their actions in and interactions with one another. Oscar Isaac sure knows how to play that sombre melancholic star with great conviction. The music and the mood ever so eloquently transport you back to that era. An era of lost cats, broken dreams and infidelities. Watching this again had me realise that it had to go in my top fifteen releases of 2014 (UK). I find it charmingly astute in it's process of Llweyn's journey, or, lack thereof.
A soul-warming film that is always a treat to watch time and time again.
