    Dumb Money

Dumb Money is a film that captures a rather short period of time that only happened two years ago. I’m sure if you were on the internet at all in 2021 you probably heard of the GameStop stock market and how one guys decision to post about it on Reddit lead to huge losses for hedge fund managers. However can this movie really be that good if all this only happened about 2 years ago?

    Well yes it actually is…

Okay first off I just have to say what the actual fuck is this and what is going on in Ari Aster’s mind? I mean this film is going to be pretty divisive when it releases in theater this weekend. The main reason behind this is probably going to be its long run time which to be honest really did feel at times very sluggish. I found myself at times wondering why is this part dragging or taking too long…

That being said this film has a rather great pace to it as well but might be moving along a little too fast at times. Once again though Wes Anderson style is rather beautiful and visually pleasing but his way of storyline just doesn’t interest me all that much.

    Evil Dead Rise

Going into this I was little worried about the change of setting to the city but after seeing Scream VI and how they handled it the worries began to ease away. Lee Cronin is able to capture the brutal and bloody as hell theme of the Evil Dead franchise to perfection. The way he is able to make a third book which is new to the franchise fit right into the overall story makes for an even deeper lore than…
