after watching Tromeo and Juliet (still need to finish but I had to return my rental) figured I'd watch this other James Gunn penned script. incredibly insightful satire 20 years ahead of its time to watch now with all the penciled in superhero movies we get. would love for him to do a sequel

Film is the loneliest of mediums. The screen looks back at you the way you gaze at yourself in the mirror. You can make yourself laugh or sometimes you’re intrigued be parts of your face and other times it feels like a blank space like nothing really matters because it’s just you.. alone in a mirror.

Every shot in this film felt lonely. My heart ached throughout the whole time and although I had trouble following the plot, the film…
