  De jaren '90 waren de jaren van de erotische thriller. We kennen ze allemaal - Basic Instinct, Indecent Proposal, Sliver, Boxing Helena, enzovoorts. Jade past naadloos in dit rijtje. Een script van Joe Eszterhas (die furieus was over het feit dat Friedkin het vrijwel helemaal herschreef), Linda Fiorentino in de hoofdrol, ruige seks, omkoping, moord, bedrog... werkelijk alle ingrediënten zijn aanwezig.   Occhiali neri aka Dark Glasses (Dario Argento, 2022)

  Al een tijdlang zit ik te azen op een gelegenheid om de nieuwste (en misschien wel laatste) film van de gewezen grootmeester van de Italiaanse horror, Dario Argento, te zien. Nu weet ik dat er een Duitse Blu-ray bestaat, maar die koop ik bij voorkeur niet meer. Mijn geduld werd beloond, want de film is nu te huur op Prime Video. Dat is mooi, want nu ik hem daar gezien heb weet…
