  • A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon

A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon

Aardman studios has lost it. wallace and gromit: curse of the ware rabbit and chicken run are classics tbh but for the last ten years its sort of been meh. farmageddon is nothing special

  • Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga

Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga

ok i cant get behind will ferrell’s humour. i am sorry, i have tried. i dont hate the guy, its just simply not funny to me. all hos movies are looong to watch and maybe with a couple laughs at most.

about the eurovision aspect: kinda bugged me how this movie is so obviously catered to an american audience, like how the procedures of the contest werent entirely accurate and how the icelandic names made little to no sense when…

  • Over the Moon

    Over the Moon

starts of strong, love the themes of grief and myth and adult role models through the child’s eyes and never meet your heroes maybe(?)

but oh my after she take off in that rocketship it just crashes and burns for me, which is what i would’ve prefered it if the rocket had done so we’d be spared all the annoying bullshit on the moon. totally lost its way.

    tell me what sounds cooler:
    1. young smart girl interested in science…

  • Get Him to the Greek

    Get Him to the Greek

my dumb brain forcing me to rewatch this movie because it couldnt remember that i’ve already seen it before

  • Bad Boys II

    Bad Boys II

michael bay: ugh, its so hard to have topless scenes when there’s no female characters :/
me, a genius jag employee: what if its a dead female body in a morgue and we zoom in on her jiggling breasts?
michael bay: employee, you’re a genius! and that also gives me the opportunity to use this necrophilia joke that i’ve been saving for such an occasion!
    *high fives all around*

  • The Meg

    The Meg

the amount of times people hilariously fell into the ocean.... far too many lol. they just got slung in there huh. no dignity, no mercy. added a nice level of humour i suppose.

  • Around the World in 80 Days

Around the World in 80 Days

my favourite movie at one point growing up. i think i even had a bit of a thing for steve coogan. sometimes we should think about what we’re doing to the kids.

  • Caligula

im still in disbelief!! i had heard the critiques and i thought i was ready for some ancient rome soft core porn show but this is just straight up regular porn and i felt like a lady clutching her pearls through damn near every scene.

its such a surreal experience to watch helen mirren and malcolm mcdowell act it out in one scene (and the acting is good!!!) to go to a literal cum shot in the next, i mean…

  • Casino Royale

    Casino Royale

can’t believe they straight up murdered sean connery that poor old scot. great filmmaking. too bad it’s such a shit film tho

edit: finally somebody’s who’s understood what kinda parts woody allen should actually be getting. best woody allen film i’ve seen so far.

  • Bowie: The Man Who Changed the World

Bowie: The Man Who Changed the World

the storyline is a bit of a mess as we’re jumping between eras of Bowie and nothing’s really stringed together very well. i quite enjoyed watching it but by no means is it a well made film. i missed not having bowie’s music be a larger part of the soundtrack. a lot of transitions were reused several times and the clips of people being interviewed specially for this project were the most uninspiring ones. i’ll bet you anything there are better bowie documentaries out there if you’re aching to see one.

  • Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

    Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

i surprisingly thought this was kinda better than the worst jurassic world (<- wow i wrote first and it autocorrected to worst how did they know??). the one thing i absolutely cant stand is how bad everything looked. make a movie losers!

  • I Still Know What You Did Last Summer

I Still Know What You Did Last Summer

dumb af. where was the motive???? seems ellaborate for them to go all the way to the bahamas too. and jack blacks cameo? dumbest of all (still grateful for it tho)
