Trash Auteurism

1. The movies must be an embodiment of the director's unique/delusional vision, and are not just an uninspired mockbuster. Take for example, Breen's Messiah Complex in Pass Thru or I Am Here... Now, or Wiseau's The Room being a tribute to 50's-60's Hollywood melodramas.

2. The movies must be objectively bad. Bad acting, bad editing, bad cinematography, bad CGI/practical effects, etc. It can't be a movie that people either love or hate. It has to be something that any sane person would agree is terrible.

3. Competently made b-movies like Evil Dead II do not count.
