My 3,500 movie watched, and damn was it a good one. Took me 38 years of living to watch that many, but it was time we’ll spent.

This movie is amazing. I don’t want to say too much to ruin anything, but I will say this…

we definitely need more Joy Division jokes in movies.
I might of been the only one in the theater laughing at it, but I was cackling and it totaly worked…on me.

    So glad Candyman…

I want to live in this movie.

I don’t even care if it’s as Brad Pitt’s dog.

I usually write little quirpy bits on here about the films. But this one got me. I was a Ghostbusters kid. Ghostbusters is my favorite film of all time. I had as many of the toys as my mom would buy for me and I watched the cartoon religiously. The greatest night of my childhood was a double feature at a drive-in watching Ernest Goes To Jail as the opener  and the main feature of Ghostbusters II. I can remember…

“Fuck you Bird Dick!” - Iggy Pop

Had not seen this in years. Possibly the last time I ever watch it. If memory serves I like the third film pretty well, but this one never had me, and what fond memories of it I did have are now gone.

This watch killed them, and no Crow can bring them back.

Cinnemark had a screening of the '89 Classic the day before my birthday. A coincidence? I think not!

Still holds all the magic on the big screen just like it did when I saw it at the local theater in 1989. I might be turning 33 tomorrow, but this made me feel like that 6 year old all over again.

    Jesus Christ, that was beautiful.
Would of loved to have seen the 70mm roadshow version, but this was truly amazing, no matter what the conditions.
