Bradley Thomas/ Jeff’s review published on Letterboxd:
Fuck.....This was wild. I can’t really say much else, and don’t really know what to think of this. Florence Pugh (really liked her in this year’s Fighting with my Family) and Jack Reynor give some of the better performances I’ve seen this year. I recommend going into this completely blind...I’m gonna go be lame now and watch some YouTube videos on this
Edit: I will say I think Ari Aster is a talented filmmaker although I haven’t seen a film of his I’ve liked overall. I didn’t hate this one (hence the like but I didn’t like it so there’s that) but idk...it just didn’t really work overall I feel despite fine performances, mood, atmosphere (filmmaking). Hollow
