Took the train through Slovenia and thought of this masterpiece and had to give it a rewatch. What an atmospheric shortfilm.

Jeg vet det er mange som sier "filmer som dette kunne ikke bli laget idag" om alle mulige småedgy filmer, men ingen kan overbevise meg om at denne filmen kunne ha blitt laget idag, og ikke minst fått Aksel Hennie med på prosjektet.

Just a Friday night with the boys, drinking some gin tonics, eating chips and watching Climax.

The whole trilogy recut to one 3.5 hour movie has truly changed my over all feeling about this series. Of course, it's a fan edit that is somewhat rough around the edges, abrupt cuts and missing pieces here and there, but over all cutting most of the movies has helped a lot.

Rating the recut version shortened down to about 100 minutes, cutting out most of the added bullshit and keeping more strictly to the book.
