Finished the show so I can say...it did get worse.
This show makes me unreasonably angry. The two protagonists are insufferable, pretentious, and lack any real problems. Yet at times I find myself rooting for them only because the supporting characters are substantially MORE insufferable.The only character I defend is Connel’s ma, I liked when she pulled him over to tell him he was being an arsehole for the way he treated Marianne.
