Gabriel Presley’s review published on Letterboxd:
“This is real life, it’s not perfect but it’s real”
This film hits too hard.
Just like the other two, I didn’t realise it’s impact it was having on me until I looked back from where I started; and while it didn’t live up to the quality of Sunrise or Sunset for me, it still got me feeling way too much.
Just like Sunset, however, this film did make me reassess the two that came before it, and made me realise that this is possibly the best written and most emotionally captivating trilogy ever.
Reality isn’t some dream or memory, so make the most from what you get.
