Resident Evil: Apocalypse 2004
It is pretty hilarious to bring in all these concepts and characters from the games but then totally sideline them for a nearly emotionless blank slate original character like Alice. Jill in this movie does a decent enough job for some horror-action shlock, but Alice gets all the juicy bits that she should have, including the rivalry with Nemesis.
The action overuses that annoying cutting frames technique, but there's some silly stuff in here that overall makes it more entertaining…
