Ouch. My soul.
Secondhand Emotions: The Movie.
The frustration, the pining, the desperation, the loneliness, the desire for answers and a unique connection. Mitsuha and Taki are having dreams of living someone else's life, and come to discover it's each others. They get on best they can, leaving one another clues and notes, since the switch is unpredictable and they wake up forgetting who the other even is. At first they're just trying not to screw up each others lives. Then things get serious when they realize they have to save the lives of hundreds. Your Name puts an original twist on a few old tropes. The love story that accompanies this will have you feeling as though you are part of their nightmare, wishing for them to wake up to their happy ending.
