The Diving Bell and the Butterfly

The Diving Bell and the Butterfly ★★★★

Quick review. Beautiful. The use of point of view in almost the whole film felt you were in his mind. Julian Schnabel is one of the finest foreign directors. Some scenes are a bit slow, but it show how effective the use of the point of view is, how exhausted he was, how difficult his situation was. Might rewatch it again someday, and might give it a different rating.

I decided to stop pitying myself. Other than my eye, two things aren't paralyzed, my imagination and my memory.
