    Terrific, devastating, poignant.

From a technical POV, it is simply firing on all cylinders. Ludwig Göransson deserves all the credit in the world. Jennifer Lame's editing is brilliant. Nolan's direction and ability to build tension is absolutely unparalleled. The use of color, perspective, and framing, was absolutely terrific. Performances here... absolutely stellar. AND THE SOUND EDITING?! Happy that the sound mixing made this movie easier to hear / understand.

As a Colombian, this one hit close to home. The moment I heard Carlos Vives singing I felt some kind of way.

I love that in an age of countless superhero stories, we get a story about caring about yourself, even if you do not have powers. The perfect movie for the times we live in.

The songs were catchy, the colors were vibrant, and I had a smile the entire time.

Astounding. The action sequences were simply stunning.

Also, really loved Captain America and Bucky v Iron Man.

Moments of brilliance masked by some ridiculous moments. Really enjoyed the premise, though. Thought Sophie Wilde did a terrific job. A couple of the plot points and choices by the characters seemed really strange.

It's been four days—and just like the first time I watched it—I still haven't gotten over it.
Perhaps because of Roma I have certain themes, and images still stuck on my mind. Shoes, the background, animals, and the music.

Truly one of my favorite movies of all time and Cuarón's masterpiece. Couldn't think of a better way to start off the year.

As I look back on 2018 in terms of cinema it’s been one of the weaker years in recent memory. Yesterday, I knew that if anyone asked me what the most memorable movies of the year were I would probably mention Mission: Impossible - Fallout, Paddington 2, or Eighth Grade; I can see the rest fading into the background. Now, I am going to look back at 2018 as the year of Long Day’s Journey into Night.

    With that being…
