i didn’t expect to like it tbh. we get a walkthrough of billy’s family, his past and the environment that he endured which also shaped him into this insecure, desperate, impetuous man. i honestly thought he’d screw up with layla, but he didn’t. that’s what makes it so good and i should be shocked and sobbing and pissing my pants about how disgusting this film should be but its so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
