I watched this 3 weeks ago but had such a great viewing experience w my auntie and uncle. I was at my caravan w them and we watched this at like midnight. Seriously a blast I wish I could go back or do it again soon. Definitely a biased watch but hey. I enjoyed it a lot.

I always liked the look of it when it first came out but it’s just average. Not scary for me but some could find pennywise scary (I know I used to). Loved the funny moments in this in fact it felt more like a comedy than a horror. I did enjoy this one but there’s just not anything THAT special about it. I watched this like 2 weeks ago but keep forgetting to log stuff I have like 4 unlogged films.

That first scene is phenomenal, by far the best opening scene of all time. Then it just got kinda predictable but still really funny. Love sacha baron cohen in this, I feel like only he could pull off such a bonkers character. This is a fun one.

I genuinely dk my thoughts on this apart from I liked it a lot and it was really unique but very surreal and strange although that’s what Lynch is. Definitely going to try and watch the extended version of this and get a better grasp on this. Maybe not this month but hopefully soon.

A great classic film from a director whom I’ve seen 2 from and he’s got some amazing films up his sleeve.
This film had a great concept, great production design and natural performances. It felt real and I really appreciated that. The only issue I have with this is that it is quite forgettable after the watch. But some scenes will stick with you. This takes away from the film though. The pacing is very slick, the script is solid, the cinematography wasn’t anything to run home about. But still a good watch, I did enjoy this one.
