Gonçalo Fidalgo’s review published on Letterboxd:
Before Midnight is a very beautiful crude and visceral drama. It concludes the trilogy in a very satisfying way that represents the reality all too well
The dialogue again is excellent and the performances are Academy Award worthy. Perhaps the best in the trilogy
When Before Midnight delivers it delivers. Also the cinematography is excellent and the directing is superb. Some characters don’t really work but they are not the focus.
The third act here really shines and gives stunning moments that really elevate this trilogy above other romances
Perhaps my favorite in the trilogy
