A great modern character study and look at the importance of intimacy. Baumbach always tackles the unexplainable weirdness of youth in a career sense with such excitement and realism. The dynamic between Frances and Sophie serves as an interesting example of (arguably romantic) co-dependancy and the strange, dont really know what to call it type of relationships that form very uniquely when it's between two women.
Greta Gerwig playing confused and struggling characters will never get old.
