I for the death of me can’t seem to plan a fun family movie night where everyone is together, but tonight was just about as close as I’ll ever come (even if the movie ended past midnight).

Me: So what did everyone think of the movie?

Mom: (Didn't watch because there were no Chinese subtitles.)

Dad: (Didn't watch because he only watches romantic comedies.)

Brother: I only recognized one actor in this movie.

Sister #1: I saw you cry. You never cry during movies.

Sister #2: Why do you ask me this question every time we watch a movie together? I need more time, but I know what you’re going to say. You’re going to say that Yorki was the best part of this movie, that you related to being called the second best friend to your face, always being out of breath from running, and above all needing a cuddle.

Me: That didn’t really answer my question, but okay.
