The Alligator People 1959
It’s not the best thing ever but it’s miles better than what that poster would make you think. The Gators are oddly adorable, the acting performances aren’t half bad and it has Lon Chaney Jr. in it and he (unsurprisingly) brings the best performance of the movie.

The most beautiful love story I’ve ever seen. A movie that isn’t interested in having a “deeper meaning” but rather one that’s just here to entertain and make sure you have a great time.
The main selling point are the several motor chases throughout (Atleast one happens every 15 minutes) but in all honesty I preferred the scenes with our 2 main leads. Something about seeing their love slowly blossom over time felt more engaging to me than the motor chases.
Nobuhiko Obayashi can do no wrong.
