My brother hadn’t seen this before so I figured i’d give it another watch since I love it so much and it’s also such an Hitchcock-ian film. It really has all his signature flares and isms you might expect from a Hitchcock film. And it’s all the better for it.
It’s very unpredictable whilst still feeling like the answer was under our noses the entire time... it’s very fascinating how he always manages to surpass our expectations even when we think we know exactly what’s going on. This is such a great “hang-out movie” you can just turn it on and follow along with the plot very easily. Such a great film.
