Wow! This movie was phenomenal. Especially from a technical standpoint, nearly everything was perfect. The direction, cinematography, editing, set design, score, and costumes were all impeccable. My only two issues with the movie were the sound mixing and the length. Maybe this is just me, but I felt like the characters were whispering a lot especially in the first two acts. Sometimes, it was hard to hear some of the dialogue relating to plot points. Another problem was the length.…

Spirited Away 2001
I've heard so many great things about Spirited Away over the years that I was worried it wouldn’t live up to the tremendous hype. Thankfully, I was wrong because this was amazing. Miyazaki’s magnum opus is an absolutely beautiful film with an astonishing attention to detail. It tells a great story with a lot of heart. I look forward to rewatching this many times in the future!
Also, I'm convinced Kamajī is Dr. Eggman.
