    ★½

Cool idea I guess but pretty shit turnout. You'd think with the start-studded cast this would have been at least memorizing in some way but it was really just forgettable and pretty boring.

Absolutely devastating yet some of the best television you'll ever experience.

  • Queen & Slim

    Queen & Slim

    ★★★½

This movie makes the mistake of doing too much and just being a little too confusing. Aside from that, there were some fantastic moments and of course incredible acting, I also loved the visual of this film just story-wise it felt too all over the place.

  • The Week Of

    The Week Of

    ★½

My biggest issue with The Week Of has always been the same since I watched this film for the first time and that is that the film opens these genuinely interesting storylines but instantly abandons them and never revisits them just constantly leaving you wanting more and expecting the film to eventually leave the silliness and dive into the more serious subject matter. Like clearly they made the groom's father's absence in his family's life a huge part of the story but the film never went all the way in and explored it.

  • The Do-Over

    The Do-Over

The Do-Over isn't necessarily terrible but it's something that's arguably worse and that's just plain and boring. Even when it comes to the bottom of the horrible Adam Sandler films you can normally expect to see Adam Sandler bring his Sandler charm but in this film, you can just see how little he cared and you can see his lack of effort and he feels like a completely different person because of it. So not only is everyone phoning in…

    50 First Dates

    ★★★½

Adam Sandler marathon hasn't been too bad so far but once I hit those 2015 and on films I know it'll get painful. Anyways I've loved this film since I was a kid, it's definitely ridiculous but it has a lot of heart and charm to it and I find it a fun and easy watch. There are definitely some terribly missed jokes and just out of place moments that throw this film off and the story itself is too simple and flimsy for me especially since the theme of the film could have been more interesting.

  • Palm Springs

    Palm Springs

    ★★★★½

Palm Springs is a movie that comes off as a silly film with a tired premise but in reality, Palm Springs is one of the most refreshing films I've seen all year.

I won't lie, the first 5-10 minutes were really questionable for me because the film just felt too familiar to a lot of other comedies that seemed to have a similar story but once this film implements the aspect of this movie that makes it unique in comparison…

I wish someone wrote my name in the death note after the first 10 minutes of this movie.

    ★★

Yeah this film can get real real bad but there's something about it that made me happy, I also thought it provided some great laughs and had some genuine and heartfelt moments!
