Movie Pleb
Favorites rotate between two of my all-time favorites and two of the most recent films I gave a 5/5
I don’t know what to say?
Sensationalized, sugarcoated, Luhrmann maximalism. I’d be lying if I said I never found myself rolling my eyes at certain points in the movie, but I’d also be lying if I said I didn’t have an absolute blast. Butler is the technical MVP, although Elvis is damn near an anti-character in the film that bears his namesake. The Colonel is the focal point, and dammit I thought that would piss me off more than it…
Not fully my thing but I truly get why it is everyone else’!
Hoping this gets all the Oscars.
I never want to hear anybody talk about Blu-Ray players ever again
A brutal film about heroin addiction. I love this movie so much for not sugarcoating the gritty details. Trainspotting is possibly one of the most dynamic films I've ever seen! It'll make you laugh, it'll make you cry, and it'll make you want a change. You must see this movie!
