Memento and Gajhini comparisons and references make sense, but this seems to pair up best with Karthik Calling Karthik. Revels in its protagonist's claustrophobia and anxiety more than anything, and balances the quirky dark humour along with it pretty well. The urban-ness is also similarly present in its apartments, trains and gadgets. By the end, it becomes a play on truth that is totally dependent by how convinced you are by the lead's conviction. And Emraan Hashmi pulls it all brilliantly!
